🕒 1. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 5–9 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, festive seasons, or weather conditions.


📦 2. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also track your order anytime on our “Track Your Order” page.


💵 3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India.

  • A small handling charge may apply on COD orders.


4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

  • Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

💔 5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

  • Don’t worry! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Please share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery for quick resolution.

🔁 6. What is your return and refund policy?

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
